Summary: Great location and neighborhood, clean home with plenty of linens and supplies, nice family space to hang out and be together as well as great outdoor area to enjoy. We ate most our meals outside and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather. Owners were helpful and available.

Summary: The property was wonderful and the perfect place for a young family. Location was ideal for a zoo and botanical garden day as well as a great place to return to after a long drive and day hiking in Sedona. The backyard was a wonderful place to relax and the house offered all the amenities we needed. We would rent this property again if we were to come back!

Summary: My brother and I with our respective families stayed here for Thanksgiving and we could not have been happier. You will never find another kitchen so well stocked with small appliances, dishes, serving platters and utensils. Great spaces inside and out. With three full bathrooms, it served our needs well. The best part, of course, was our host, Steve. Friendly, responsive and professional. We can't wait to go back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Summary: We looked for a place that could hold 8 family members during our visit to see our son and family in Phoenix and to enjoy some time off. We spent a long time on line trying to find the best place at a reasonable price and the we found “Phoenix House w/Patio 1-Block to Public Transport” at the Evolve Website. We didn’t need a pool since our son has one so after three hours of looking we found what turned out to be the best accommodation anyone could ask for. As it turned out only 5 minutes from our son and family. The pictures on the website ultimately sold us but the actual house was wonderful. Our host Steve was super too. The two bedrooms with twin beds and the other two with full size beds was perfect since our one daughter was traveling with her son. The facilities were superior. From the kitchen to the wide open patio complete with gas fire pit and gas grill with ample seating just made it perfect. We can’t say enough good things about the house. It made the trip perfect. Thank Steve and crew for all the help and friendly reception. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Summary: The house was great, met our needs, greatly exceeded our expectations. Very good location for us, house was immaculate. Steve was a very gracious host gave us all sorts of great ideas for places to eat, which were all very close. Fire pit was really nice, great place to sit around with the family and talk in the evening.

Summary: From meeting us personally upon arrival to instantly responding to our questions and a couple (very minor) issues, our hosts were absolutely the best. The home itself was the perfect venue for a gathering of 6 old college buddies to reunite. A comfortable great room as well at the outside space, hilighted by the fire pit, gave us ample venues to hang out and relax. No corners were cut in furnishing and appointing this getaway. You won’t be disappointed.

Summary: Totally enjoyed our long weekend here in Phoenix and one of the main reasons was because of this house and our Host! Great location to hiking, restaurants and downtown. Really cool neighborhood with access to public transportation and greenways.
